About Me

Penny J. Fife, LMFT, CEDS
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist / Certified Eating Disorder Specialist
Las Vegas, Nevada

I am the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Fife Injury Therapy, where I personally train and oversee a team of therapists dedicated to providing high-quality psychotherapy services, with a specialized focus on personal injury cases. I remain actively involved in guiding clinical care to ensure consistency, professionalism, and the highest standard of treatment across our team.

With over 30 years of clinical experience, I bring a depth of knowledge and real-world expertise to both patient care and clinical oversight. In addition to delivering compassionate, individualized therapy, I ensure that all clinical documentation is clear, consistent, and clinically meaningful. Our records are designed to accurately reflect each client’s condition, functional limitations, symptom progression, and response to treatment. This approach allows for a well-documented course of care that is both therapeutically appropriate and professionally structured for third-party review, including legal and insurance settings.

Professional Background

Since 1995, I have been practicing in Las Vegas, specializing in mental health and therapeutic services. My career began in California, where I spent five years working in a residential, dual-diagnosis adolescent substance abuse treatment center. That experience shaped my passion for working with teenagers and individuals facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

After returning to Las Vegas, I expanded my practice to include adolescents, adults, and families, with additional specialization in eating disorders and trauma-related conditions. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based treatment effective for trauma, anxiety, and post-injury psychological distress.

My clinical work spans all age groups and focuses on helping individuals recover, adapt, and regain a sense of control and well-being—particularly following traumatic or injury-related events.

Personal Background

I have always maintained an active lifestyle and developed a passion for endurance cycling, participating in multiple 100–200 mile races. Following an injury that ended my ability to compete, I gained firsthand insight into the physical and emotional challenges that can follow trauma. This experience has strengthened my empathy and connection with clients recovering from injury.

I understand that when individuals begin therapy, they often feel limited by their circumstances. Through both my professional and personal experiences, I am committed to helping clients rediscover their resilience, strength, and potential.
